Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions of business shall apply to all floor plans undertaken by Floorplans24 and when using this service you agree to be legally bound by the following terms:
- All our price are net and we are not vat vendors.
- If any amendments are required we must be notified via email within two working days of receipt of the floor plan. Any changes required after this period we reserve the right to raise a charge to cover any amendments.
- Invoices are raised two working days after floor plans are submitted. All invoices are raised and forwarded directly via email only.
- All invoices are payable within 14 days of submission.
- The only payment method is via internet transfer or direct into our bank account. Details clearly shown on our invoices.
- Our invoice number must be clearly shown on all payments.
- In the event payment is not received within this time, Floorplans24 has the right to charge interest at 4% above LloydsTSB base rate.
- Floorplans24 floor plans are provided and submitted on the basis that all copyright is retained by Floorplans24 and must be acknowledged wherever our plans are used.
- Whilst Floorplans24 strive to ensure accuracy in draughting floor plans from sketch provided by you, they are intended for indicative purposes only. They are not intended to be scaled drawings and all measurements and areas quoted are approximate, whether or not a suitable disclaimer appears on the floor plan.
- Floorplans24 may display on all floor plans submitted "Not to scale, for identification purpose only".
- All floor plans will be emailed to you within 24 hours, if we have received all details by midday and you have received our email confirmation receipt. However problems do occur from time to time, therefore we will only accept cancellation of your order in the event your plan is not received within 48 hours.
- Floorplans24, as an added service, free of charge, will archive your floor plan for 90 days and in the event of any problems the plan can be retrieved and resubmitted to you free of charge. After this period a fixed charge of £15.00 will be levied for your account.
